A raccoon on the loose makes its baseball debut as The Philadelphia Union and the New York City FC’s go head to head in the first half of their game.  The raccoon continuously ran away from workers trying to catch it with a garbage bin.  The interruption lasted a total of 161 seconds before the game continued as normal with New York City beating Philadelphia 2 - 1.

New Yorkers were shocked to see three teens attempting to cliff jump into the Spuyten Duyvil Creek. Climbing the rocks and swimming are not permitted in this area, and the teens had to be rescued by emergency crews. All of the boys were escorted to a local hospital, with one being carried on a stretcher. Despite being shaken up, no life threatening injuries were sustained.
