Video showed a U.S. military aircraft stuck in shallow water after missing a landing on a Hawaiian runway on Monday, Nov. 20. Navy officials removed almost all of the vehicle’s 2,000 gallons of fuel.
The Navy is now strategizing a full removal of the craft.
