Vocal Point Auditions
Thursday-Friday, 2-8 p.m.
Vocal Point, the hit a cappella sensation currently featured on NBC’s national television series, “The Sing-Off,” is holding auditions tonight and Friday for the 2011-2012 school year. The group is searching for tenors, baritones and soloists. Bassists and vocal percussionists are also welcome to audition. Sign-up sheets and information are located in the HFAC on the bulletin board near the ticket office. Interested students may also find more information at byuvocalpoint.com/auditions. Singers should come warmed up and ready to sing. The audition will include sight reading from the hymn book, a range test and a 30-60 second solo in any style.
