Police officers rescued a man trapped in a submerged car in Atlanta, Georgia on Thursday, Sept. 14.
Rapid flooding in the area overcame the Sedan, which prevented the driver from opening its doors.
A responding officer used a baton to smash the window and lift the driver out. The driver’s condition has not been updated.
