A video captured an otter taking over a surfer’s board at Santa Cruz Beach, California on Sunday, July 9.
The otter bit the board until the surfer backed off. The otter has reportedly attacked multiple surfers across the Santa Cruz Beach line.
Authorities are trying to capture the otter.
