New MCAT sees positive reactions

The Medical College Admission Test, or MCAT, was changed in April 2015. The updated test is almost twice as long as the old one and includes questions about biochemistry, psychology and sociology. Experts said the best way BYU students can prepare is by planning ahead, taking test prep courses and enrolling in classes that cover material on the MCAT.

BYU first university to win ICMA accounting award

BYU is the first university to receive the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (ICMA) Board of Regents Recognition Award. The award was given to BYU for its consistent support of and success on the CMA exam. The success can be attributed to BYU's IMA student chapter, the students' hard work, BYU's accounting program in general, and the quality of the accounting professors.
