Gov. Spencer Cox joined 25 other governors in signing a letter that asks for a meeting with President Joe Biden to discuss his southern border policy.
The governors are calling for an end to “eight months of un-enforced (southern) borders” which they say has created an “international humanitarian crisis.”
The letter comes four months after a similar request from Cox and other Republican governors which called the administration’s border policy “reckless.” This time the governors are hoping for an “open and constructive dialogue” within 15 days.
