Theft

July 17 – A secured bicycle was taken from the bike racks at Helaman Halls. The bicycle was entered into the national database.

July 16 – An individual reported a bicycle taken from the bike racks. It was determined that the bicycle was impounded.

July – An individual reported an iPhone taken from an unsecured bag.

Orem Police

July 17 – Officers caught four juveniles that had climbed the fence at the Scera Pool for a late night dip. They were released to their parents.

July 17 – Officers responded to a report of a drug and alcohol party. When they arrived the party goers scattered leaving the underage party hostess to be detained. Alcohol and weed charges were filed on many.

July 16 – A woman was arrested after she was caught shoplifting from Walmart. Officers then found she was in possession of meth and Oxycodon.

July 15 – Officers responded to a report that juveniles were riding four wheelers on the street. When they arrived one of the juveniles made a run for it but was caught by one of the officers. He was cited and the four wheeler was impounded.

July 15 – An Orem man was upset with his sister so he went outside his apartment and decided to take his anger out on a light pole by pushing it over. He was cited for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief.
