Tumbleweeds crowded Utah neighborhoods and streets over the windy weekend. Home entrances, vehicles and even freeways were blocked in cities such as Eagle Mountain and South Jordan. City officials and residents are working to clear the “Tumblemageddon,” and The City Streets crew has put out neighborhood dumpsters specifically for the weeds.

Hurricane Ian hit Florida late afternoon on Sept. 29. Over 2.6 million Floridians are left without power. There is no reported death toll yet. Ian is documented as a tropical storm, but is expected to reach a Category 5 hurricane.
