Behind the scenes photos
In late May, a group of BYU School of Communications students spent a week in Palmyra, New York, creating content to commemorate the 200th anniversary of Angel Moroni’s visit to Joseph Smith. During their stay, they visited Church history sites, were mentored by professors, and learned how to work together as they each took turns interviewing locals and operating camera equipment. This team has grown together as they’ve made various multimedia projects regarding the Book of Mormon and the Restoration, and as a result, have lived BYU’s mission to “enter to learn, and go forth to serve.”
