MAZATLAN, Mexico (AP) — 'Extremely dangerous' Hurricane Willa headed toward a Tuesday afternoon collision with a stretch of Mexico's Pacific coast, its 130 mph (215 kph) winds and high waves threatening high-rise resorts, surfing beaches and fishing villages.
