What Spain, Catalonia conflict means for BYU students abroad

Twenty-two BYU students abroad in Spain are heading to Portugal in replacement of a trip to Barcelona, which has been cancelled due to political tensions in Catalonia. The Kennedy Center has directed all students in Spain to not enter the Catalan region as ongoing political developments have resulted in riots and protests.
