International Education Week is a nationwide initiative to help American students increase their global awareness and understanding of diverse cultures, and it is happening at BYU this week.

Saturday, Nov. 11 is Veterans Day, and this weekend BYU and other locations in the Provo-Orem area will be hosting a variety of events to honor the men and women who have served in the U.S. military. Here's a look at what's going on.

Elder Gary B. Sabin of the Seventy encouraged students on their academic journeys and invited them to view their entire lives as preparation to graduate from life with honor in his devotional address on Tuesday, Nov. 7.

Students in the BYU community clean up organization are volunteering to a cause greater than themselves. The students are dedicating time each weekend to serve a different part of their community.

In light of the current Israel-Hamas conflict, recently returned BYU Jerusalem Center students shared their experiences of being in Jerusalem when the war broke out and how they felt about coming home sooner than expected. 

BYU's annual Giving Cougsday broke records this year as it surpassed its goal of 2,300 donors and raising over $400,000 for students scholarships.
