The Nordic Valley Ski Resort closed after the entire lodge caught fire. The fire damaged the ski resort’s barn, which had been standing for over 50 years.
Weber Fire District, Ogden City Fire, South Ogden City Fire and Weber County Sheriff’s office were dispatched to help at approximately 1:50 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 15.
Nobody was injured. On the evening of Wednesday, Jan. 17, the resort announced they would re-open for season pass holders the next morning.
