As many 12daily Pro users are still wondering if they will ever receive their money back, they have the opportunity to report their situation to two national crime referral centers.

The FBI is encouraging persons involved with 12daily Pro who have information or who suspect being a victim to contact the National Fraud Information Center at 1-800-876-7060 (also on the Web at www.fraud.org) or to complain to the Internet Crime Complaint Center at www.ic3.gov.

A news release stated: “Kevin B. Kendrick, Special Agent [of Charlotte, N.C. FBI office] … announced the FBI has initiated an assessment into the alleged allegations surrounding 12dailypro.com, an internet marketing company.”

Agent Ken Lucas stressed it was only an assessment of allegations, not an official investigation, and would not comment on specifics regarding the assessment. Lucas said his field office is assessing 12daily Pro but that the scope of involvement with the operation extends well beyond just his state.

Utahns who think they may be victims have also been encouraged to complain to the state Division of Consumer Protection at www.consumerprotection.utah.gov.

The Tennessee Better Business Bureau updated their report on StormPay, 12dailyPro”s payment processor, and as of Thursday they had received 812 complaints from consumers whose StormPay accounts were frozen. They have stopped processing complaints and will be forwarding subsequent complaints elsewhere.

The person listed as the organizer of 12daily Pro”s parent company, LifeClicks, LLC, has encouraged people with complaints to contact the Internet Crime Complaint Center and he disavowed any involvement with 12daily Pro beyond its establishment.

In an e-mail, Kevin Wessell wrote, “Please be sure to tell the people I have nothing to do with the operation of this business. We”re in the business of establishing corporations for people.”
