PERSONAL THEFT

Credit cards and a driver?s license were taken while a student played volleyball at the Richards Building on Oct. 28.

A victim reported this month that her bag had been stolen last year in Nov. Lehi Police found her bag almost a year after it was stolen and would not return it unless a theft report had been filed with University Police. She filed a theft report last month. The bag was stolen from the Tanner Building parking lot. It contained an AT&T cell phone, a Wells Fargo debit card, a laptop style bag, a Utah driver?s license, a wallet and miscellaneous items. The total value of the stolen items was $120.

An Eddie Bauer model bicycle was stolen from the Cluff Building bike racks between Oct. 25 and 26. The value of the bicycle is $300.

JOYRIDING

Two mountain bikes were taken from a Wymount Terrace resident?s balcony between Oct. 28-29. After the University Police officer left the resident?s apartment, he checked the area and found the bikes a short distance from the apartment.

LOST PROPERTY

A student lost a wallet and a Palm Pilot somewhere on campus on Oct. 26.

COMMUNICATION VIOLATION

An individual received harassing e-mails at the Smith Field House between Oct. 20-28.

University Police received a report of an individual making nuisance calls on Oct. 26. The individual has been calling from New York to the Harman Continuing Education Building. There is an ongoing investigation to stop the caller.

CASE OF LEWDNESS

A student exposed himself on multiple occasions at various locations on campus between Jan. 1, 2002 and Oct. 27 2004.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

An unidentified person wrote graffiti on two different apartment front doors at Wyview Park on Oct. 28. The word DANZ was writ-ten across the door.
