BYU football’s Tejan Koroma was named to the 2017 Rimington Trophy spring watch list on Monday.

This is Koroma’s third watch list nomination for the award, which recognizes the best center in college football.

The 6-foot, 290 pound senior is from Allen, Texas, and started in all 38 games he’s played for BYU over three seasons.

He was the only true freshman to play in 13 games in 2014 and was named an FWAA Freshman All-America, ESPN True Freshman All-America, 247Sports True Freshman All-America, Sporting News All-True Freshman and Phil Steele Freshman All-America following the season.

BYU has never had a Rimington Trophy winner, which was first awarded in 2000.
