It is possible that when Sarah Jane Weaver was at BYU, she was unaware that she would make history in the news industry and in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. What she did know was that she wanted to make her ancestors proud, and BYU was the beginning of that journey for her.

Sister Kathleen J. Eyring passes away following a lifetime of service and faith

Sister Kathleen J. Eyring, wife of President Henry B. Eyring of the Quorum of the Twelve, passed away in her home in Bountiful on Sunday, Oct. 15, following a life of service and faith to the gospel of Jesus Christ. She was 82 years old.

The First Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints announced the site locations for three temples on Wednesday, Dec. 11. These temples, which will be built in Orem, Utah; Taylorsville, Utah and McAllen, Texas, were first announced 10 weeks ago during an October General Conference session.
