Eastin M. Hartzell loves the gospel of Jesus Christ. His most important attributes are those of child of God, child of the covenant and disciple of Jesus Christ.

He is passionate about uncovering truth and sharing it in ways that inspire and engage. As a researcher, he thrives on exploring complex topics to discover meaningful insights. As a journalist, he creates compelling narratives that inform and connect. As a disciple of Jesus Christ, he turns to Him to discover eternal truths.

Eastin is the manager and creator of the CES Letters project, an experiential learning grant with BYU. There he is an advocate of truth as he works with scholars, historians and scientists — editing and publishing articles and podcasts with them. He manages social media for the Grounded podcast where women and men can study "Come, Follow Me" from the lens of covenant women. While serving his mission, he began Finding Christ and continues to utilize this page to spread the light of the gospel worldwide. He recently published an article with BYU's Religious Educator discussing the expectations of religious educators for their students. As a journalist for BYU's Daily Universe, he has written many articles covering various topics related to the Restored Church of Jesus Christ.
