11-year-old Beckham Bramwell earned the title of “Cougar Tail Kid” after devouring BYU’s most famous concession on the Jumbotron at two home men’s basketball games. Bramwell was first seen chomping on a Cougar Tail, a 15-inch maple bar, at the BYU vs. Kansas State game on Feb. 10. He was spotlighted yet again on Feb. 13, during the BYU versus UCF game.

The BYU campus looked like a scene from 'The Walking Dead' from 4:30 p.m. to 4:59 p.m. last Thursday. Hundreds of students were spread across campus, staring into their phones and refreshing social media accounts.

An imposing BYU 'Roar of Cougars' ROC student section has become a staple of men's basketball games at home. Attitudes skeptical of the 2012 student section changes, which included moving the section from mid-court to behind the basket, appear to have rebounded as students continue to have a positive effect on games.
