Texas wildfires continue to burn after destroying more than 500 homes and killing thousands of cattle. The Smokehouse Creek Fire began on Monday, Feb. 26, and is now officially the largest wildfire in Texas history. The fire blazed across more than 1 million acres near the Texas Panhandle.

City officials and residents are working to clear the “Tumblemageddon,” and The City Streets crew has put out neighborhood dumpsters specifically for the weeds.
