Food review

For my second restaurant review here in Utah, I visited The Foundry Grill, a restaurant previously owned by actor Robert Redford. Redford purchased the land now known as Sundance in 1969, adding a touch of Hollywood history to the location.

As my third restaurant visit in Provo, I ate at Joe Vera's, a Mexican restaurant — or "fiestaurant," as it's referred to on its menus — whose mission, according to their website, is to let customers “savor the taste of Mexico."
