BYU Women’s Volleyball finished their road trip with a 3-0 victory in Oklahoma on Saturday.
The Sooners gave the Cougars a battle in Norman, Oklahoma as each set was decided by 4 points or less. The cougars finish this road trip going 1-2.
Erin Livingston showed her dominance and continues to lead the team in kills. She recorded 22 in this match and looks like she will not be slowing down anytime soon. Livingston had her way this match as she recorded a hit percentage of .724.
Anytime they were able to get Livingston the ball, something good was going to happen. As she plays with this confidence and consistency, BYU is hard to beat.
The Cougars improves to 3-2 in conference play, while Oklahoma has yet to win a big 12 conference game this season, going 0-5 so far.
BYU had their hands full with Oklahoma’s middle blocker, Lydia Burts. She tallied 7 blocks on the day and is top 10 in the big 12 in both blocks per set and hitting percentage.
BYU heads back to Provo this week as they get ready for a back to back matchups with Texas Tech on Friday and Saturday.
