The BYU women's gymnastics team is set to face Boise State this Friday in Boise after a close meet last week in Provo.
Despite four career highs on bars, floor and vault, the Cougars lost on Saturday. Two of these career highs were scored by freshman Eliane Kulczyk, who has set expectations high. Freshman Makenzie Johnson scored a career high on vault, followed by Marguerite Lindstrom's career high on uneven bars.

BYU and Boise have a competitive history, with the past two meets ending in a close loss for BYU. The Cougars lost both meets by one point or less, fueling the rivalry.
'This is a meet that if we hit and they hit, it's going to come down to a tenth point one way or the other,' head coach Brad Cattermole said. 'They had some mistakes on floor, we had some mistakes on bars and floor.'
The Cougars still aim to break their goal of 195.000 this season; however, Cattermole believes that if the big mistakes are cut, the team is capable of breaking 195.500 or 196.000.
The meet will take place on Friday, Feb. 1. Live stats and scores can be viewed on BYUCougars.com.
