We are proposing the formation of a new club on campus -- S.H.U.T. U.P. (Squirting Humans Utilizing Telephone Usage in Public).
Our premise is simple. To join the club, you simply arm yourself with a squirt gun (any size will do, but we suggest the Super Soaker 2000). When you discover disruptive cell phone use, feel free to retaliate. Rise up and teach rude cell phone users to SHUT UP! Whether in the library, class or church. Let's show others they had better stop the talking or we will start the squirting.
