Social media phenomenon Jacob Vargas, known for dressing up as popular characters in public and capturing bystanders’ reactions, visited Brigham Young University’s campus on Oct. 14 dressed as Megamind. Vargas, who has gone viral on Instagram for his character videos, made BYU his latest stop in the ongoing series.
