Five people were injured after a helicopter crashed in Huntington Beach, California, on Oct. 11. Investigators are still determining the cause, but officials say a piece of landing gear detached, sending the aircraft into a tailspin before it went down. Firefighters rescued two people from the helicopter, and three others on the ground were taken to the hospital for treatment.
