A UPS freight plane went down shortly after takeoff near the Louisville International Airport in Kentucky on Nov. 4. Three crew members on board and four others on the ground died from the crash, and at least 11 were injured. The National Safety Board is sending more than a dozen investigators to determine the cause of the crash.
