A Brazilian resident captured video of cows floating in floodwaters in Angra dos Reis, a city in the state of Rio de Janeiro. Over the weekend, heavy rain caused severe flooding in the region. Angra dos Reis was among the heavily affected areas, and a state of emergency was declared on Saturday, April 5. About 400 people were displaced by the flooding. It is not known what happened to the cows.
