Video footage of Utah Governor Spencer J. Cox crowd surfing at the 2024 Governor's Gala surfaced on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Monday, Sept. 23. Governor Cox was lifted in the air while Utah native, Brandon Flowers, performed his hit "Mr. Brightside" with his band The Killers.
