Chalk the Block invites artists and viewers alike

Utah residents gathered in the Riverwoods shopping area in Provo to watch artists create 3D drawings using chalk and pastels on September 17 through the 19. One of the parking lots in the area was blocked off for artists to create visual masterpieces in the vacant parking spaces. Viewers wandered from drawing to drawing while artists put finishing touches on their art.
