Through the first month of the season, former BYU players in the NFL have made a statement in the league. From monthly awards to career plays, the Cougars have been pouncing all over.
Kyle Van Noy (Baltimore Ravens): In a revival of his career playing for the Baltimore Ravens, Kyle Van Noy was named AFC Defensive Player of the Month for September. He has been a force on defense, tallying six sacks, averaging two sacks a game in the last three weeks, which ranks him second in the NFL.

In the week four game against the New England Patriots, Warner picked-off Jacoby Brissett and returned it for a touchdown, the second pick-six of his career.
Warner currently has two interceptions and a forced fumble this season. He is the highest graded defensive player this season, further solidifying his reputation as one of the best players in the NFL.
