Cougarettes take the floor with cancer survivor Alivia Natter for an unforgettable performance at the Marriott Center

During the BYU men's basketball game Saturday night against the West Virginia, the crowd was surprised with an extra special timeout performance.

The BYU Cougarettes are known to give a dynamic performance at each basketball game, but for Saturday night's game, an extra special show was planned.

Joining the Cougarettes on the Marriott Center court for their timeout performance was 11-year-old Alivia Natter, a survivor of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

She has come out of that battle victorious and is currently cancer free.

Natter is a dancer herself from Temecula, Calif. and is a massive fan of the nationally recognized Cougarettes.

Due to her fight against cancer, Natter was given one wish from the Make-a-Wish Foundation, where she could ask for anything she wanted.

She wished to be a Cougarette.

The Make-a-Wish Foundation and BYU worked together to make that dream a reality.

So, for Saturday night's game, Natter performed and cheered alongside the Cougarettes.

Natter was also introduced to the Cougarettes earlier in the week, and was welcomed into their private practices to watch and prepare for the basketball game.

The Cougarettes invited Natter to join them in their performance at the weekend game where she could experience, for herself, what it's like to be a Cougarette.

Natter had many moments to shine throughout the routine.

Fans went wild as she was able to execute the intricate movement alongside the Cougarettes.

The night was a success as Natter was able to live the dream as a Cougarette in the Marriott Center.
