A female student was struck from behind by a male on a motorized scooter while walking on the sidewalk near the Marriott Center. The female was diagnosed with fractures in both of her elbows.
Graffiti
Juveniles were seen drawing with paint markers on the cement tunnel of the Ellsworth Building. They fled when they were confronted by the caller.
Alarm
A fire alarm was triggered at Merrill Hall when a student tripped and accidentally pulled the hand pull alarm. It was determined that there was no actual fire emergency.
A fire alarm was triggered at the Wilkinson Student Center. There was no smoke or fire present. The alarm had been triggered by mist from water used in the printing process.

Medical
A female student passed out in the Crabtree Building after cutting her finger on a utility knife. EMS assessed and treated the patient and then released her at the scene.
A female student at the Jesse Knight Building was experiencing chest pain that was shooting down her arm. Provo Fire assessed her and took her to Utah Valley Hospital.
A medical call came from the Missionary Training center. The patient was taken to the hospital.
The head official at the men’s volleyball game was feeling unwell. The official's husband transported her home for further care.
Welfare check
The Dean of Students reported that they had been unable to get in touch with a student for some time. The student was found and said they were doing fine.
The Dean of Students reported that they had been unable to contact a student. The officer successfully made phone contact with the student, who stated that they were fine and did not require any assistance.
An officer was dispatched to the Broadcast Building because dispatch couldn't reach a security student to check on her. The officer found that the security guard had forgotten to take her radio with her during a foot patrol.

An individual was served a ban letter from the Dean of Students by BYU Police. The individual was cooperative and understood the conditions of the ban.
