Despite attending the Sunday afternoon session of the 194th Semiannual General Conference, President Nelson pre-recorded his concluding address.

During Elder Ronald A. Rasband’s Sunday afternoon address, he said President Nelson has announced 168 temples since becoming Prophet of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 2018.

President Nelson also urged Church members to come unto Jesus Christ and work to gather Israel in his pre-recorded address.

President Nelson attended two sessions of the October 2024 General Conference—Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon.

The next sessions of General Conference will take place during the first weekend of April 2025, according to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
