Provo has the built-in market for clean comedy. However, one location has something others don't.

ImprovBroadway is not only a clean comedy club, but a musical comedy club.

ImprovBroadway owner Zach Atherton said their mission statement started with a vision for clean comedy, but has since evolved to focus on creating a memorable experience for the audience.

“We just want to tell the best stories and have the best experience possible," Atherton said.

ImprovBroadway celebrated International Women's Day by having a cast of all women perform.

ImprovBroadway focuses on the songs, the humor and the ability to think on one's feet.

The representation of women on International Women's Day meant a lot to cast member Miriah Kessler.

“I think it’s really cool that we have an all-women cast tonight … because we do see a lot of the majority of men in comedy," Kessler said.

Kessler shared that it speaks volumes about the gender balance in the comedy community.

This comedy club showed their support tonight not only for family-friendly, clean comedy, but also raised awareness for International Women's Day.
