Grove Station trivia nights bring laughter and unlimited dirty sodas to the community

Grove Station Trivia Nights brings the community together

Each week on Tuesday nights, people gather at Grove Station to eat, sip on sodas and put their trivia knowledge to the test.

"I think this space is special. It's so welcoming and friendly. I think the staff that we have here makes a really big difference for people's experience," said Emmie Webb, the Trivia Night Emcee.

Emmie has worked at Grove Station since Trivia Night began a little more than a year ago. She's seen the event grow into a tradition for the regulars that attend.

"We've actually grown our attendance by at least 50% over the last year, which is super awesome," Webb said.

Before and during Trivia Night, guests have the chance to grab dinner from the food trucks outside.

"We create a really good sense of Community here at Grove Station, which I love," Webb said.

Trivia happens in two rounds, one at 6 p.m. and another at 7 p.m. It's just $2 to get in and $5 to add on a drink with unlimited refills.

"I just love the start of the 7:00 (p.m.) round," Webb said. "There's so much energy. We usually have a lot of people. It's so fun."

Guests say that the energy and the unlimited soda refills keep them coming back week after week.

"It's super fun. It's nice to get the unlimited drinks for $5, and it's just fun to hang out with my friends," said Ryan Snider, a trivia attendee.

These sodas aren't just your average drinks. Grove Station offers creative "Dirty Soda" mixes with unique flavors you won't find at your regular dirty soda shop.

"My favorite drink is actually one that I created. It's one of the most popular ones on the menu. It's called the Manchester," Webb said.

Webb's drink consists of Diet Coke, pear and lavender syrups and coconut cream. She swears people won't find anything quite like it.

"It's so good! It's so good and you won't find it at any other soda shop," Webb said.

Grove Station also hosts regular western swing dancing, open mic nights, the Utah Flower market and other events.
