Each week, preparations are well underway at Lavelle Edwards Stadium for the game on Friday.
However, some friend groups are rearranging plans to accommodate the friends who have ROC passes, and those who don't.
“I watch the games by just hanging out with my friends and on tv.”
Aly didn't get a ROC pass, she says that how she watches the games varies week to week.
“If I miss the game, I'll usually just go watch the highlights on You tube.”
Friends who have ROC passes say that it's hard to leave friends behind, especially when they're not sure if they'll get a seat.
“I got a ROC pass to go with my friends and then none of my friends can go.”
“Last year I had a ROC pass and it was pretty easy to get a seat, but now even going a little bit early it's so hard to find a seat.”
Some fans without roc passes decide to buy tickets online a couple days before the game.
However, they also say that the prices can sometimes be hard to justify.
“I feel like the games are sometimes like 60,70 bucks but now they're like 200, 300,100. It's crazy.”
Still, Aly says that in some cases, she would buy a ticket.
“I would, if it was a bigger game or a team that I wanted to see them play.”
Well, luckily gameday is still exciting whether you're here or on the couch.
