Inscape Journal, the English Department’s student-run literary journal, held a poetry competition inviting students to write an “ode to anything but a person.”

The competition was held throughout February to honor the spirit of Valentine's Day, offering a way for all students to celebrate the little things they love in life. Winners were recently announced, with Karen George’s “Ode to Edges” receiving the first-place award.
