BYU football players are mentoring students in BYU-Pathway Worldwide under the guidance of head coach Kalani Sitake.

Sitake said his goal is to get players connected with BYU students all over the world, helping them with both academics and building confidence for future job opportunities.

By serving students worldwide, Sitake said the players have felt more gratitude in their own lives and have felt less stress and anxiety. The players plan to continue mentoring students as the football season goes on.

The Microburst New Play Festival is a collection of 10-minute, one-act plays written by students. The plays are directed by Alexandra Mackenzie Johns.

“Support new work and become acquainted with the next generation of playwrights who will change the world,” the Theatre and Media Arts website stated. According to the website, the performance is suitable for children of all ages, but recommended for ages eight and up.

Performances will be held Oct. 24-26. The link for tickets can be found here.
