Video of the Day: Fire hydrant bursts in California street amidst floods

A fire hydrant burst on a street in Santa Barbara, California on Jan. 9, adding to the flooding that is already prevalent in the area due to heavy winter storms.

The flooding started when the storms hit northern California early morning on Jan. 9 and conditions are expected to continue until Thursday, Jan. 12. Sacramento County urged thousands of residents to leave their homes after the storms left 14 people dead.
