The Church donates $4 million to help Ukrainian refugees

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints gave $4 million to help refugees in Europe. The donation is estimated to help more than 50,000 people affected by the crisis in Ukraine.

The money will be split between the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the World Food Programme. The donation will be used to provide items such as blankets, solar lanterns, tents, shelters and food for the hungry.
