A nonprofit is celebrating the hot dogs around town with their annual Howl-o-Ween costume contest and parade.
The organization,Save Our Local Pets Utah,is holding the contest to raise money for their cause to end euthanasia in shelters across Utah. Local pet owners dress up their dogs to collect treats and march around Veterans Memorial Park. At the end of the event, the best costumes win gift baskets.
