Grammy-nominated rapper Nipsey Hussle was one of three men that were shot on Sunday outside of Hussle's Marathon Clothing in Los Angeles. According to police, the other two men are in stable condition.

Venezuela's Maduro announces power rationing amid outages

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro announced a 30-day plan to ration electricity in response to power blackouts and protests across the nation. Shortly after Maduro's announcement, Juan Guaido, the opposition's leader, lead a rally condemning the government's inability to provide basic needs.

Biden faces new scrutiny from Dems over behavior with women

Former Nevada state representative Lucy Flores recently wrote an article for New York Magazine accusing former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden of kissing her on the back of the head in 2014. Biden defended his interactions with women in general, saying he doesn't believe he has ever acted inappropriately, nor does he remember the incident Flores accused him of. The allegation has caused other Democrats to question whether Biden could run a successful 2020 presidential campaign.
