The recent snowstorm brought down tree limbs and scattered debris across much of Provo.
As a result, the city of Provo now has free dumpsters to help with cleanup. Dumpsters will be available at 12 locations around Provo for the next week. The locations are as follows:
Covey Center for the Arts parking lot (500 W. 100 South)
400 N. 400 East
250 S. 600 West
Footprinter Park (1400 W. 1150 South)
750 W. 400 North
Lions Park (1200 N. 1000 West)
550 S. 500 East
Kiwanis Park (930 N. 1100 East)
Fort Utah Park (200 N. Geneva Rd.)
Timp Kiwanis Park (3300 N. 650 East)
2620 N. Foothill Drive
SUVSWD Compost Facility (1625 South Industrial Parkway)
In addition, Provo City is asking for volunteers to help people such as the elderly to transport large limbs to these dumpsters. To volunteer, call United Way of Utah County or 211. To report debris on public land, call 311.
