Theft

Sept. 5 — Three brand-new textbooks were reported stolen. A student accidently left them in the Lost and Found Office in the Wilkinson Student Center and when he returned for them, the books were gone.

Sept. 7 — A bicycle valued at $400 was reported stolen at the Richards Building.

Sept. 7 — A set of headphones valued at $60 was stolen from a display in a booth in the Wilkinson Student Center. No suspects or witnesses were available.

Stalking

Sept. 5 — A female student reported a stalker while at class in the Richards Building. She reported that the man had been stalking her since 2006 and that he had been warned two days prior to stay away by the Provo Police Department. After showing up to the student’s class, the man was interrogated, arrested and booked in the Utah county jail.

Trespassing

Sept. 5 — Two students were caught trespassing in LaVell Edwards Stadium on the football field. Both students were arrested and have upcoming court dates.

Missing Person

Sept. 8 — A 6-year-old was reported missing by his mother at the football game. The child was located and returned to his mother about 10 minutes later.

Arrests

Sept. 14 –  A male subject was arrested, cited, and released for fleeing from an officer, for failure to stop at the command of an officer and a crosswalk violation.
