None has done more for the promotion of Brigham Young University than the Marriott School of Business Management.
The business school shines as a 'hidden gem' because of its graduates' strong personal values and work ethic, according to a recent survey in the Wall Street Journal. They claimed that many recruiters say there's 'chemistry, or general good feelings, about the Provo, Utah, school, and that they are likely to recruit 'stars' who will be promoted within their companies.'
In a typical year, about 2,200 undergraduate students and 850 graduate students are enrolled in the Marriott School with about 10 percent of those enrolled being international students. Nearly 80 percent of the students are bilingual, more than 20 percent speak a third language, and most have lived abroad.
To accommodate the acclaimed program, the Marriott School is housed in the N. Eldon Tanner Building, a seven-story, 120,000-square-foot, granite building.
While the Marriott School is being heralded a 'hidden gem' in one of the most prestigious newspapers in America, its effectiveness in bringing to light the joys of the gospel.

Instead of complaining about the issues of construction, fewer parking stalls, maybe the campus should look at it as a 'hidden gem' in the rough.
