U2 will perform at the Delta Center in Salt Lake, Nov. 9 as part of its Elevation Tour. Tickets go on sale Saturday, Sept. 22, at 9 a.m. through Ticketmaster.
Kari Bushman, a disc jockey for 107.5 the End, said a limited number of tickets will be sold as part of a pre-sale to members of U2.com.
Bushman said that U2.com members were told about the pre-sale via e-mail, and given a password to access the ticket sale online. However, there are not enough pre-sale tickets online to guarantee that all U2.com members will be able to buy tickets.
Prices for the pre-sale tickets are the same as the tickets that go on sale tomorrow. Tickets will be sold for $45, $85, and $130, according to U2.com.
Bushman said 107.5 will try to give tickets away for the concert, but they will have to buy them like everyone else to do so.
'If we can buy them, there will be tickets to give away,' Bushman said.
The station is planning to have several people wait in line at the Delta Center to purchase tickets, she said.
