LaNae Valentine, Ph. D., stared off the Thursday, March 1, portion of 'Celebrate Every Body' with her presentation of, 'Be kind to Your Body: Yoga, Stretching and Meditation.' Valentine taught how to use meditation in teaching yourself to like and appreciate different parts of the body. Yoga is used a method to relax and also to meditate. The ability to take the time and calm down is a health way to live life.
