Education, education and more education. That's what BYU's Education week is all about, from dawn till dusk. But, once you've had your information overload for the day, there are some alternatives around town. For your convenience, we've added a quick look reference guide to the movie theaters around the Provo-Orem area.

Because the bulk of Education Week is held during the week, most theater general managers we spoke with don't anticipate ticket availability being a problem. There are, however, a handfull of weekday showings that do sell out, particularly during the evening hours, so your best bet is to play it safe and plan ahead.

If you stick around for the weekend, however, be prepared to get your tickets early. One theater manager suggests purchasing tickets for weekend showings by noon for any given weekend day, including Friday.

Here is a list of some of the movie theaters the Provo-Orem area has to choose from. Each theater has a hotline with updated movie listings and times.
